My name is Gregory Tibbs. I have a huge experience with weight loss, having managed to lose 2 stone in only 60 days. And this is what my story is going to be about.
First of all I would like to tell you about my work, because this plays huge role in my lifestyle. I’m a software programmer. As you understand, my work is mainly desk-related. I have to spend hours looking into a screen. I used to look at computer monitors for about eight to nine hours a day. During whole working day, my only fun was eating snacks. Fast food and greasy snacks were my regular diet, and I started to gain weight quickly. I started to panic when I found myself with an excess of two and a half stone. I tried to lose weight many times in different ways. At first I lost few pounds, but in no time I regained them and then I began to think that it is impossible at all to keep good body shape. But finally I did it. And I’m going to tell you how. It’s not difficult to lose 2 stone; from my experience the issue isn’t knowing what to eat, but knowing what not to eat.
1. You begin your 2 stone path by avoiding processed food, without exception. The idea stems from the fact that reduced fat food usually substitutes the loss of fats with excess carbohydrates, which is more fattening and less valuable. So, let’s root out the problem at the start and avoid reduced or processed food altogether.
2. My second tip is to decrease your intake of carbohydrates and sugars, to keep lowering the insulin in your blood. Besides that you shouldn’t eat between the time of your meals and try not to eat after 9 pm.
3. Remember one of the most important things about losing weight – drink water! About 1.5 liters per day, water will cleanse your body and help to remove fats from it.

As you will notice in the table, the problem in how to lose two stone in sixty days is that you have to replace carbohydrates with proteins and green fresh vegetables. Moreover, you should not mix proteins. You should take only one per meal; also balsamic vinegar and a bit of olive oil is allowed to be used as a dressing to salads or fresh vegetables. Also you can eat mustard, but only the one which doesn’t contain sugar.
Also try to avoid too much of heavy exercises. Try prolonged, gentle exercise, like walking. This will help you burn fat and lose weight, but you don’t exercise, if you stick to this diet and just move normally. I guarantee that you can lose as many stone as you wish.
