			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My name is Gregory Tibbs. I have a huge experience with weight loss, having managed to lose 2 stone in only 60 days. And this is what my story is going to be about.</p>
<p>First of all I would like to tell you about my work, because this plays huge role in my lifestyle. I&#8217;m a software programmer. As you understand, my work is mainly desk-related. I have to spend hours looking into a screen. I used to look at computer monitors for about eight to nine hours a day. During whole working day, my only fun was eating snacks. Fast food and greasy snacks were my regular diet, and I started to gain weight quickly. I started to panic when I found myself with an excess of two and a half stone. I tried to lose weight many times in different ways. At first I lost few pounds, but in no time I regained them and then I began to think that it is impossible at all to keep good body shape. But finally I did it. And I’m going to tell you how.  It&#8217;s not difficult to lose 2 stone; from my experience the issue isn&#8217;t knowing what to eat, but knowing what not to eat.</p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> You begin your 2 stone path by avoiding processed food, without exception. The idea stems from the fact that reduced fat food usually substitutes the loss of fats with excess carbohydrates, which is more fattening and less valuable. So, let’s root out the problem at the start and avoid reduced or processed food altogether.</p>
<p><strong>2. </strong>My second tip is to decrease your intake of carbohydrates and sugars, to keep lowering the insulin in your blood. Besides that you shouldn’t eat between the time of your meals and try not to eat after 9 pm.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> Remember one of the most important things about losing weight – drink water! About 1.5 liters per day, water will cleanse your body and help to remove fats from it.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> So here you get your table of food that you are allowed to eat and proportions of it:</p>

<p>As you will notice in the table, the problem in how to lose two stone in sixty days is that you have to replace carbohydrates with proteins and green fresh vegetables. Moreover, you should not mix proteins. You should take only one per meal; also balsamic vinegar and a bit of olive oil is allowed to be used as a dressing to salads or fresh vegetables. Also you can eat mustard, but only the one which doesn’t contain sugar.</p>
<p>Also try to avoid too much of heavy exercises. Try prolonged, gentle exercise, like walking. This will help you burn fat and lose weight, but you don&#8217;t exercise, if you stick to this diet and just move normally. I guarantee that you can lose as many stone as you wish.</p>

<p>I’d like to share my own experience with you.</p>
<p>As I remember myself, I never was slim and skinny, even when I was young. But lately I started to grow very fast, and grew very strong. I came up to the point when I decided to change something. Besides the fact that gaining weight was problematic, it was also so expensive always to buy new clothes with bigger and bigger sizes.<br />
Last year I weighed almost seventeen stone, and I decided to revise my style of life. I decided that I will not use these expensive weight-loss drugs that they offer on TV and I will not make my body starve or exhaust it with heavy exercises workouts. So, I determined to form a plan for myself with rather soft steps. Believe it or not, but it worked pretty good!</p>
<p>I’ve lost two stone, and I my life changed.</p>
<p><strong>My 10 Tips how to lose 2 stone in 3 months </strong></p>
<p>Here are some tips out of my own experience concerning a way to lose two stone in three months:<br />
<strong>1)</strong> I tried to avoid salt. This was first and the hardest step in this diet, as I’ve been always big fan of salty snacks and chips, which are the worst enemies in losing weight.</p>
<p><strong>2)</strong> Second hard but so effective step is the key of success in losing weight. Replace soda with pure water or juice. Water washes your body from toxins, and soda contains sugar and make you gain fats. Drink about 8 glasses per day.<br />
<strong>3)</strong> Third important step is making you meal portions smaller. Better to stay a bit hungry after dinner or lunch than suffer from overeating.<br />
<strong>4)</strong> To burn fat you need to minimize percentage of fat products in you ration. Cheese, grease meats, fast food have to become taboo for you!<br />
<strong>5)</strong> In order to choose the diet that fits you the best, you need to be aware about amount of calories each product contains. Take that to the note.<br />
<strong>6)</strong> It is obvious that water is better than any other liquid for loosing weight. Orange juice is fair replacement of soda; it is rich for vitamins and tasty.  But of course I couldn’t forget about coffee and tea so I replaced sugar with fruits sweets or a bit of honey.<br />
<strong>7)</strong> I could never think that vegetables and fruits can be so delicious and tasty. Hundred of dishes can be cooked with fresh or steamed veggie might serve for light supper, summer sweet fruits can easily replace heavy cake deserts.</p>
<p><strong> <img src='http://www.lose123456stone.co.uk/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_cool.gif' alt='8)' class='wp-smiley' /> </strong> I tried not to eat after 9 pm. But when I was really hungry, I was doing myself fruit cocktail or vegetable light salad. You can improvise as much as you want and make your own recipes for you and your friends.<br />
<strong>9)</strong> Of course to lose weight you need to exercise. I started with light exercises such as long walks and jogging. Then I added time for exercises and spend about 1.5 hours 3 times per week on workouts.<br />
<strong>10)</strong> The last but not the least keep yourself motivated! Seek support in your relatives or close friends, note how many stone you lost, don’t forget about the scales. Believe in yourself and you will reach your target!</p>
