Success story
I’d like to share my own experience with you.
As I remember myself, I never was slim and skinny, even when I was young. But lately I started to grow very fast, and grew very strong. I came up to the point when I decided to change something. Besides the fact that gaining weight was problematic, it was also so expensive always to buy new clothes with bigger and bigger sizes.
Last year I weighed almost seventeen stone, and I decided to revise my style of life. I decided that I will not use these expensive weight-loss drugs that they offer on TV and I will not make my body starve or exhaust it with heavy exercises workouts. So, I determined to form a plan for myself with rather soft steps. Believe it or not, but it worked pretty good!
I’ve lost two stone, and I my life changed.
My 10 Tips how to lose 2 stone in 3 months
Here are some tips out of my own experience concerning a way to lose two stone in three months:
1) I tried to avoid salt. This was first and the hardest step in this diet, as I’ve been always big fan of salty snacks and chips, which are the worst enemies in losing weight.
2) Second hard but so effective step is the key of success in losing weight. Replace soda with pure water or juice. Water washes your body from toxins, and soda contains sugar and make you gain fats. Drink about 8 glasses per day.
3) Third important step is making you meal portions smaller. Better to stay a bit hungry after dinner or lunch than suffer from overeating.
4) To burn fat you need to minimize percentage of fat products in you ration. Cheese, grease meats, fast food have to become taboo for you!
5) In order to choose the diet that fits you the best, you need to be aware about amount of calories each product contains. Take that to the note.
6) It is obvious that water is better than any other liquid for loosing weight. Orange juice is fair replacement of soda; it is rich for vitamins and tasty. But of course I couldn’t forget about coffee and tea so I replaced sugar with fruits sweets or a bit of honey.
7) I could never think that vegetables and fruits can be so delicious and tasty. Hundred of dishes can be cooked with fresh or steamed veggie might serve for light supper, summer sweet fruits can easily replace heavy cake deserts.
I tried not to eat after 9 pm. But when I was really hungry, I was doing myself fruit cocktail or vegetable light salad. You can improvise as much as you want and make your own recipes for you and your friends.
9) Of course to lose weight you need to exercise. I started with light exercises such as long walks and jogging. Then I added time for exercises and spend about 1.5 hours 3 times per week on workouts.
10) The last but not the least keep yourself motivated! Seek support in your relatives or close friends, note how many stone you lost, don’t forget about the scales. Believe in yourself and you will reach your target!
