Target: 3 stone in 4 months
My turning point: When I was called on the bus “a global lady.” Till then I noticed that almost none of my clothes doesn’t suit me, I always had to buy new clothes with bigger and bigger sizes. I also suffered from insomnia and frequent headaches.
My weight loss techniques: I started to eat more often but much less. In fact I ate 5-6 meals by day in little portions.
My healthy diet: I think that the most effective way to reap the health benefits from foods is to eat a balanced and varied diet, including fruits and vegetables, as well as foods with added beneficial components. I watch labels and read articles for information about foods and health. I try to refrain from sugar, many salts, floury meals and other products high in fat and calories.
The period I needed to get the result: 4 months
My appetite suppressants: Any time I’m hungry I try to drink fresh water, I take a bottle of water everywhere I go. Besides, I cook a lot of dishes with green vegetables and fruits. They are very useful and have a low level of calories. You can’t even imagine how many tasty and interesting dishes you can make with fruits and veggies.
My greatest temptation: Cakes. I arrange a holiday for myself once a week. Usually I take not very sweet cake with fewer amounts of sugar and lots of fruits and natural sweets.
My physical activity: I think the best way to keep your exercise efforts functional is to add variety. So, I involve various kinds of physical activity. I try to refrain from public transport and walk everywhere I can. On weekends I devote thirty minutes to jogging. I visit a sport club twice a week and do there Yoga exercises.
Advice to beginners: Don’t strive for quick results. Don’t look on your scales first week weeks. Keep yourself motivated and be only positive about your diet. Think what you eat and really enjoy your food. Be patient and don’t stress.
My success: I lost about three stone in four months in a completely natural way without any drugs and medication. Now I’m in the best of shape and feel very well.
