7. Eating before sleeping or simply too late is harmful for your body. When it can’t burn off fat anymore all food goes in your waist and butt.
8. Skipping meals.
9. Too many diets. Hopping from one to another has adverse effects on your metabolic rate and makes fat-burning diets difficult to follow for your body.
10. For all sorts of reasons, the ingredients in many foods simply encourage the storage of extra calories as fat.

One thing that you can have to remember about such long-term diet is to maintain patience and keep yourself motivated. You won’t see results in 2 days and it won’t be as easy as it might seem.
